Opening Pekivo
Pekivo lives in the menu bar. Click its icon and choose Open Pekivo, or press its shortcut to inspect what is on your clipboard.
Mac App Store: trial & purchase
The App Store version includes a free 14-day trial and a one-time purchase. Both go through the App Store under your Apple Account, and Apple handles all payments.
Restoring a purchase
Bought Pekivo on another Mac, or reinstalled it? Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple Account, open Pekivo and choose Restore Purchases on the purchase screen.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For the direct download bought through Lemon Squeezy, email us.
Updates
The App Store version updates through the App Store. The direct download checks for updates itself.
Before you write
- Include your macOS version and Pekivo version (Pekivo → About).
- For format issues, a sample with secrets removed helps a lot.
- Never send your full license key or payment details.
